Bella Collins is operated by Brand Mrkt AB, 556682-3943, BOX 6089, 102 32 Stockholm, SWEDEN.

ORDERING

In order to shop on Bella Collins you must be over 18 years old.

You are responsible for providing the correct address for delivery of the products. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, Bella Collins reserves the right to stop the delivery and cancel the order.

When you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you have indicated. We ask that you carefully look at the order confirmation and verify that it is correct. If something is not correct or you have not received an order confirmation, please contact Customer Service immediately via [email protected]

PRICES

The price of each item is shown including Swedish VAT. In the shopping basket you can see the total sum of your order, including VAT and shipping costs. 

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

If contrary to expectations Bella Collins cannot deliver the goods, you will be contacted immediately and any amount reserved or paid will be returned to you.

Bella Collins offers a 30 days return policy but we are according to law obliged to offer a 14-day cancellation right pursuant to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act. The return is free of charge if you use the enclosed return shipping label and return form. Please note that all products must not be used and all packaging must be unbroken. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for us to register and accept a return and up to 20 working days to complete the refund to you.

DELIVERY

We offer free deliveries worldwide.

We always aim to ship the same day or the day after your order. The actual shipping time will depend on your delivery destination, but it’s normally 2-5 working days.

PAYMENT

We accept payment with Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Paypal. All prices on our site include local VAT, taxes and duty to your delivery destination. In other words, at checkout you will see your total landed cost and there will be no additional charges at delivery. Your payment is processed by external processors Stripe or PayPal and it is only them who handle your credit card number or debit card number. This information is not shared with Bella Collins.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If you have not picked up your package 14 days after delivery it will be returned to us. In this case we will deduct actual handling and postage fees before reimbursing the paid product(s). 

RETURNS

You may return your products within 30 days after receipt of delivery. The return is free of charge if you use the enclosed return shipping label and return form. Please note that all products must be unused and tag must still be attached.

Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for us to register and accept a return and up to 20 working days to complete the refund to you.

REFUNDS

In those cases you are entitled to a refund, you will always receive the refund in the same way as you made the payment, for example, via your credit or payment card.

CLAIMS

If the product is defective, you are entitled to lodge a claim provided that it is done within a reasonable time. It is therefore important that you lodge your claim about the product as soon as you become aware of the defect.

Contact Customer Service at [email protected] and enclose the following information:

  • Receipt/order confirmation on your purchase.
  • Short description of the defect.
  • Pictures which clearly show the defect. It is important that at least one picture shows the entire product.

If Bella Collins decides that you need to send the product back, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label together with instructions on how to return the product. If it turns out that your claim is not justified, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping and any shipping back to you.

We will handle your matter within 10 working days from when we receive either your claim or the defective product.

If we accept your claim, we will pay you within 10 working days.

As a consumer in the EU, you are entitled to make a complaint in your own language through the ODR platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

APPLICABLE LAW

Purchases of products on Bella Collins Beach are subject to Swedish law. All disputes shall be decided in a Swedish court.

CHANGE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Terms & Conditions may change in the future without further notice. However, Bella Collins doesn’t have the right to change Terms & Conditions on already delivered orders.
